Help do you know what is wrong with my plants?

What is your experience level? FIRST TIME GROWER AND NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET!!

    Your Equipment:
.1) Type and wattage of lights. 400W
    Distance from tops? 17 Inches
    .3) Reflector type? CAR REFLECTORS
.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? 2 FANS IN AND ONE OUT
.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? YES
.6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule? 400W 20 ON, 4 OFF

    Your medium:
.7) Specific brand and type of soil, (coco, peat based soilless...) and anything you've added to it. (vermiculite, perlite, worm castings...) HAWAIIAN NEST. MY GROWER FRIEND RECOMMENDED IT. IT IS COMPLETE WITH WORM CASTING PERLITE AND PEAT MOSS.
.8) Size of container. 3 GALLON POT. THE PLANTS ARE CURRENTLY 12 INCHES TALL.
.9) Did you use peat pucks (or similar) to root clones or germinate seedlings? SEEDS IN PEAT PUCKS TRANSPLANTED TO CUPS THEN THE 3 GALLON POTS

    Your nutrients and water:
    10) Source of water? (tap, bottled or filtered) What's it's ph before adjusting? TAP WATER LEFT OUT FOR 24 HRS THEN TESTED
    11) Method of checking water ph. (ph pen, test strips, aquarium test kit...) AQUARIUM TEST KIT
    12) Method of adjusting water ph. (phosphoric acid, white vinegar, hydrated lime, PH Up...) PH UP
    13) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule.
    14) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering? I WATER ONCE EVERY 2-3 DAYS. I LET THE SOIL ON TOP GET A LITTLE CRUSTY.
    15) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...) NONE
    16) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate? 6.5, STAYS STABLE
    17) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph? I HAVE NEVER TESTED THE RUN OFF? SHOULD I?
    18) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray? SPRAY EVERY OTHER DAY. EPSOM SALT ONCE A WEEK

    Your growroom:
    19) Indoors or outdoors? INDOOR
    20) What size of closet, room or hut? BATHROOM 8 X 6
    21) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off? LIGHTS ON 81F 60 HUMIDITY. LIGHTS OFF 84-85 65-70 HUMIDITY. I LIVE IN HAWAII SO ITS HARD TO KEEP IT DOWN. BUT WE HAVE A FRESH AIR SUPPLY 18-20 HOURS A DAY.
    22) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom? NONE

    Your strain:
    23) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?) SATIVA, BLUEBERRY
    24) From seeds or clones? SEEDS
    25) Is this an autoflower strain? IM NOT SURE

I GUESS MY BIGGEST QUESTION IS WHY THERE ARE ONLY SPOTS ON 2 PLANTS? ARE MY POTS REALLY TOO BIG? WOULD TRANSPLANTING THEM TO SMALLER CONTAINERS BE TOO MUCH OF A SHOCK FOR THEM? ESPECIALLY SINCE THE OTHER PLANTS ARE DOING FINE?

Help do you know what is wrong with my plants?

I have attached some more pictures of my grow room and a picture of my temp reader. It records temps for the past week and keeps track of my highs and lows. I have another 600W light that i am thinking of adding. So I would have both the 400W and the 600W light. Would this be too much? I started with more plants then probably needed because I figure halve of them will be male. I want your thoughts!!

Stop with the epsom salt. It's fine for correcting magnesium defeciencies, but you're killing 'em with an overdose. I'd flush well on your next watering day. Find and read the "Epsom salt isn't a miracle cure" thread...

It's tougher to downsize than it is to upsize. I'd leave 'em where they are.

What are you using for nutrients? They still need to be fed.

If humidity is that high, I'd avoid spraying them. Mold issues develop quickly, especially in a warm, humid enviornment.

You've got too many plants in a small space. As they grow, they're going to overwhelm that area. You're going to have to split them, half there and the other half in another area. They actually look pretty good. The pots are the right size but later you might want to put them into 5 buckets. Typically low nitrogen appears as yellowing of the lower leaves and works its way up. If it's been 5 weeks now and you haven't given any ferts, it's probably time to do so. Not too much though, just enough for now to see if it helps. You might consider only watering when the soil looks pretty dry on top. You could get a dissolvable fert that ideally has everything in it, like boron and sulphur, etc., and just put a few drops or granules in a quart of water and see if that helps. They do look a little pale green, which could be another indication that they need some nitrogen. If you want to spend a little more, I always recommend the DynaGro 7-9-5 fert to people. It has pretty much everything plants need. But you can use whatever you want. Just not too much of right now, eh? The DynaGro is just 1/4 to 1/2 tsp in a gallon for soil application.
