Curing and Storage?
IMO
Glass jars are the best for long term storage. After 14 days there no need to open the jars. No odor will escape. Store in a cool, dark place.
Plastic is not an oxygen barrier. Air (oxygen), light and heat degrades THC. You would have to vaccum pack in aluminum foil pouches...(like MRE's)...
Dutch Pimp Reviewed by Dutch Pimp on . Curing and Storage? Thanks to all who take the time out of your busy lives to read my post. I use mason jars to cure my bud (10-14 days) I do get a little odor using these :( . I was thinking of using a Foodsaver smartseal V3840 this unit has the ability to use vacuum seal bags or canisters FoodSaver® Vacuum Sealers, Bags and Accessories I was also thinking of using this for long term storage. I am concerned about odor control. Does anyone use this type of system for curing and or storage, Any recommendations Rating: 5
