I would definitely rule out the aeration before I started blaming the nutes.

I ALWAYS aerate a mixed nutrient solution. In my experience not doing so is just asking for trouble.

I mix tis all into a res, and handwater my girls... the thing is, I mix the res up and mix enough for a week or 10 days. I try to mix the day before, and let it all sit for 24 hours before using, then I double check and adjust ph one more time, then I figured it was good, and I would use the solution till it was gone.
