Many of your questions are unanswerable still (I see your original post was in October) but just in case you're still monitoring your thread... I will tell you that the dispensary chatter happening inside the City building so far is fairly typical of small Arizona towns: they are frightened to death of patients being able to grow their own marijuana at home (because it is more difficult to monitor/regulate/inspect than a dispensary), so their tactic is to establish at least one dispensary in town to prevent home cultivation.

Knowing the City Council as well as I do, I have a feeling they will try very hard to make that dispensary the only dispensary in town. Great news for the team that lands the license... bad news for patients who will have no choice in where they buy their medicine or at what price.

I have several properties in the city that could be set up for selling and growing, over 40,000 sq feet.
