So I bought this product a couple of days ago and scavaged the internet for any information that I could find and though it seemed bleak I tried it anyway since the product was 45 and non refundable. So I get everything situation, warm it up in the microwave attach the heating pads and made sure that it stayed in the temperature range. Well I get to the clinic and unclamp the hose AND NOTHING HAPPENED. The urine was stuck in the pouch and it was not that I had unclamped the hose incorrectly I ended up breaking the darn things off and still nothing. I had to squeeze the urine out of the bag to get it to pop through the seal and by the time I got that damn stuff out the temp had dropped significantly. I am completely screwed. If you are going to use synthetic urine I would say use a bottle not a bladder. Has anyone had a experience where the urine temp was to low? Is there any chance I can try and say the temp strip was faulty and be allowed to test again? I'm so stressed right now!
