Yes I agree Dr, but the facts are still correct in what she would have to do to actually repeal the law, is it possible she could do it, yes/ Likely/no

you just have to look to california, The federal gov has said they will prosicute people for cannabis if prop 19 passes.

Basically the GOV is saying, we don;t care what the people want, YOU DO WHAT WE SAY, or go to jail!

Gov is no longer for the people by the people.
