I think Cali's mistake was there's was driven by greed both for taxing purposes and the way there's was written is was a benefit for huge companies to come in and commercialize the whole industry while the individual grower was only going to be allowed to use a 5' X 5' grow area. I think they needed a more moderate cannabis bill that wouldn't have just swung the door wide open for big business. And I think thats what most of us want too. Just keep small grows legal and allow for the distribution of it but keep it on a smaller scale.
