I agree for the most part. I think certain conditions warrant a longer valid period. And I think all cards should be good for at least 3 years. That alone would help solve much of the agency's problems (well eventually at least).

yes i agree however all they see is a bunch of stoners not real patients. even more troubling is why dont these politicians get drug tested, woudnt that be a fiasco:thumbsup:

Medical Marijuana fee waived in Colorado its no surprise that people are having a tough time paying the bills in this economy, so how are they suppose to get their medicine that they need. well colorado is trying to figure that out and is waiving application fees for the poor.
