They will accept the sample if its between 90-100 degrees. Although, it would be less suspicious if you could turn in the sample at around 95-98 degrees.

If you find that your temperature is not satisfactory after you pour it in the cup. You can rub your finger briskly on your pants and hold it to the temp strip and this will raise the thermometer on the cup. If its too hot, then lightly blow on the cup until the temperature drops.
