Spot growlights give off more heat than lumens. (they are unacceptable for growing cannabis) The heat from the lamp is likely cooking 'em as indicated by the raised leaves which are trying to protect the plant. CFL's are a much better choice, or if you must...a fluorescent tube set-up with proper bulbs.

Miracle Grow 6 month soil has an immediate-release of nitrogen which lasts about two weeks. Problem is...every time you water it will release a bit more. This isn't optimal for seedlings, so you might want to flush well with properly ph'd water to remove some of that 'original' nitrogen. After they acclimate, they should be fine.
Do not keep the soil saturated. Cannabis prefers a wet-dry cycle.
No additional nutrients for a month or two, minimum.

You'll need to get a handle on your water ph. Check online for your local water quality report, if you can't afford a freshwater aquarium ph test kit. ($7.00 or so)

Treat your weed like it's a weed, and you'll get a crappy weed. Treat it like it's your medicine, and it's do what you need it to do.
