As one of those professional lady smokers, let me offer this advice:

Prepare your herb by not grinding, but breaking into little even chunks about the size of a typical seed. Be sure to remove all seeds and stems.

take a portion of this blend and place it in the middle of your rolling paper.

cut this pile in 2 sections and move the 2 mounds toward the right and left edges of the paper. Leave about 1/3 of the total amount still in the center and evenly distributed out to the right and left mounds. Make sure the 1/3 each mounds at each end are not at the very end... about the length of the mound away from each edge.

wrap the paper around this and "roll it" between your fingers distributing the herb evenly along the joint. This is what it means to "roll" a joint. You should end up with a very nice, evenly distributed and very professional looking joint.

Gently tuck each end or with your finger tips close the ends a bit to hold in the herb by rolling to a tight cone just at the ends.

If you see clearly a fatter end and a skinnier end, keep practicing... but always light the fat end.

Enjoy! :stoned:
