Their form of legalization has a sick twist to it, defacto non-legalization with the bullshit rules.

yeah, the 14th free state seems to have almost the polar opposite policy as the first med state. Prop 215 was all about enpowering the consumer to grow their own (the coops were an afterthought), whereas I don't think NJ allows cultivation. they seem to have gone full circle. :wtf:
