De-humidifier issues....

Had to pull early due to rain.

Had to include a de-humidifier.

Now, instead of 5-10 day hang, looks more like 3-4, crispy outside already...

Am i blowing it?

Thanks, help! Never used one of these contraptions before.... the settings, humidity and temp are all good.
