What kind of strain? How much longer?

Those are most likely a primarily Sativa strain. Indicas have very wide leaves and Sativas thin ones. Hybrids may be anywhere in between.

250W is not an adequate light for flowering and you are half way through flowering. You will get around 1/2oz per plant maybe.

Read up on when to harvest and plan on more light next go round.

Yea I figured it wasn't enough light cause of the smaller buds on the bottom. Oh well next time. Today starts week 7. The buds on top are pretty big I suspect 7 grams from the top to the second node going down. Couldnt resist so I plucked a bud yesterday and forced dried it lol, just smoked it and I have a pretty mild head high. (Pretty awesome). More of the hairs on the bottom of each bud and now a couple toward the top have started to turn reddish brown. Hope to be done in another 2 weeks..(at least with the upper half) lol. Yea I dont personally recommend sativas for beginners. ha. But considering the cirumstances this first grow sativa has done far way better then expected. I heard sativas were very time consuming to grow. This one does not seem to meet the standard (10-12 week time frame)...but I could be wrong. NEWBIE. Thanks for all the replies.

Here are some pics. First grow. Not happy with it. Didn't know I would need so much more like for sativas. Not sure how much longer I have to go. I decided I will harvest the top half first since it looks to be maturing the fastest. I also have them in way too small of pots lol. The leaves look all sad. As far as yield, one person has said maybe 1/2 ounce..other opinions are welcome. 2 plants, hopefully it will be atleast an ounce in all once all the buds are done. Enjoy the pics.
