they are males. place a plastic bag over them and remove from the grow room. any bump or breeze from a fan will spread any possible pollen that might be around (even if you don't see any, sometimes a flower or two will open very quickly). you can also spray the males with water first before placing in the plastic bags. water helps "de-activate" pollen.

These are about 6 days into flowering - hopefully not too late to yank the males out! Pics are not that great so hopefully they are useful.
