I would suggest to wait until you move and have the designated growing space. Then your first step would be construction. Sealing the room, running ventilation and exhaust, setting up the lights. Once all this is done, run your lights and exhaust for a few days to ensure there won't be any heat issues. Try to maintain a temp around 70*F to 75*F.
After all this is done you will know exactly how much room you have left to grow. Which can dictate growing style. Also while this time is elapsing, read everything you can on hydro and soil. By the time the room is ready you will know which way you'll want to go.
As far as seeds go, I am very pleased with Attitude.
