Be sure to mix powdered bleach with the 40 vol developer.

I'd use Nair to get rid of most of his body hair except for his pits. Then concentrate bleach and redye there.

8 days is not much time. If you get in four treatments you'll be lucky. Three may be all you can do.

He is a very heavy smoker. Shaved his head before he found out about the test, which means he now has to treat all of his body hair instead.
