Now wasn't some tent manufacturers having problems with their tents giving off gases that was killing plants? Could it be maybe this poor guy didn't have proper ventilation, and gassed himself to death. To me, that's more plausible.

The story doesn't make it sound like a large grow, and the chemicals that might be given off wouldn't be enough to kill someone. Note the article says 'excessive heat' and not toxicity or something.

I don't understand how 100 degrees would have an effect, unless the guy never left his house or something.
