my flowering bagseed plantsya your lighting is definitely jacked. You want 3000k bulbs in flower and 6000k bulbs in veg. Your not putting enough watts to them and watt equivalents dont mean squat to a plant. You need 150 watts of 3000k light on it at a minimum. Go to home depot and check the flood light section for a 100 watt CFL bulb. They run about 20 bucks I think and I would get two. I'm not talking about the 23 watt bulbs you have there but a 12" long 100 watt input cfl. Very cheap, very accessible, just what you need.

my flowering bagseed plantsWell I have four T12s about 3 inches above the plants that are all at 3000k is that really not enough? Damn greedy plants lol I have a 400W HPS that I would love to use but I can't find a ballast for any kind of reasonable price so the lightbulb just sits there in the box Anything posted under this username and/or ip address is purely fictional cause I am bored and lame and all pictures were stolen off the internet

my flowering bagseed plantsI bought a 400 watt digital system from HTG supply off of ebay. For the priced it has been awesome. One bulb came defective, all I had to do was email a pic and the replacement was in the mail.
So if you can get around a slight language barrier, customer service is good too.

my flowering bagseed plantsmalware from that site.

150 watt are very popular for a couple plants. The 400 would be best if you can find a ballast to fit your budget.

T12's put out no light at all. The 24' T12's put out about 1400 lumens which for you means light rays. T5's put out 5000 lumens in 24". My 600 watt HPS puts out 90,0000 lumens. 23 watt cfl's are at about 1500 lumens per bulb. Starting to see the difference? The 150 watt HPS is around 16,000 lumens. You want about 5 to 6k lumens per plant.

my flowering bagseed plantsI wont even begin to argue that a nice 600w isnt better but I've had good luck under T8s. Originally Posted by DrGr33nthum Originally Posted by DrGr33nthum
