Right off the get go I'm gonna say it's not your watering times it's your PH...??=@ 5.5-6.9 daily checks..... Also did you soak RW in PH'd water??YES...... How often are you watering them now??Was 3 times a day, now 1 time. How old are they??...1.5 month old @ 12''- 18'' tall..... Are they on nutes...Yes(EcoGro "R") and if so at what mixture and type, also list additives if any kk?? What is the PH of your water that you give the plants and if it is adjusted what was starting PH and where water from (tap, rain, neighbors pool, etc)City Well?? That is just a min for water.
