What is the the "new reality"? Can counties or cities impose arbitrary grow limits? Are the numbers on the recommendation binding, or can one safely (in a legal sense) grow more than that to sell through the dispensary and coop scene?

Anyone familiar enough with the legal climate here in Cali to hazard a guess?

Thanks!
yeah, there is a lot there. I don't usually post long legal decision like this but I thought this one was interesting. I don't live in Cali anymore but I used to live and vote out there. I've even collected signatures out there before, but it wasn't for an herb initiative.

I would be interested, too, on what the reality is there. I mean this law seems to state that, no, you can't grow more than you need and be able to prove that you need in a court of law. but the reality on the ground, of course, is always different than the letter of the law. But, it might be one of those things that is best not discussed on a public forum. :stoned: let sleeping dogs grow.
