Desperate!
I thought eating fatty foods was good because the THC is stored in your fat, so you don't want to lose fat before the test because when the fatty cells break down the THC will be released.
Drink loads of water in the morning and the worst that can happen is they will say your urine is too diluted, to which you can respond that you drank a lot of water to make sure you could pee!AmIGonnaFail Reviewed by AmIGonnaFail on . Desperate! I have pretty much smoked every day for the past 20 years. I have not smoked at all since 9/29....I have a urine test to take (10/28) & I have to pass or they'll take my kids (long dumb story)....I have also lost maybe 10/15 lbs since the 29th....is there anything I can do to speed up getting the THC out of my system. They also said (no clue how true) they'd be checking for alterants..... Thanks Rating: 5

Yeah, I've gotta breathe.....
Thinking just eat as normal.....got school from 8-11, court @ 2....fig will just take some energy drinks, gatoraid or vitamin water with me...& drink as much as I can.....thats all I can do.
Frustrating tho when you haven't smoked in so long......but was a definate chronic user....give or take an oz a wk between me & hubby for 20+ years.
Thanks for your help....
