No I don't think these are cops.

I think they are thieves.

Do a WHOIS lookup on the URL and if its a US address, then you can guarantee its a fraud.

Of course, how could you ever complain if you get ripped off?

I too have been 'tempted' to buy weed online...but it just doesn't add up.

Yes I have seen him too.

I have emailed him and discussed with him waht they do. He assures me he is completely untraceable to the authorities.

I just went through the DIRECTV clamp down on satellite piracy and I can assure you that some of the best software pirates and internet sluethes were identified and dealth with by the authorities.

There is no such thing as total ambiguity on the internet.

Thats what concerns me. And thats why I wouldn't trust it.
