Need help/advice

I'm going to college in St. Louis but i use to live in CA and was able to medicate legally, im about to get my tribe card for native american blood but im not sure what that entails, (meaning were and what states i can medicate without being confided by the law). I've been having a rough time getting use to living here and even worse i can not find a way to medicate legally or illegally, i cant even find a illigal street dealer if i wanted. Post any answers about the few questions i posted,

go to the arch,, turn south go 2 blocks then turn west, you will find medication in this area
