Upcoming drug test

Hey, I was a chronic smoker from December '09 thru March '10 (smoked multiple bowls daily). I did not smoke at all from April '10 thru October 12th (2010). I took two hits out of a bong last night (10/11).

I am male, 6'0, roughly 155, and probably have a fairly fast metabolism. I dont exercise at all really.

I am wondering how long it will take to get the marijuana out of my system. I will be getting tested on November 9th at the latest (maybe a few weeks earlier). It will be a dipstick test (coke, oxy, thc, and opiates). Of course thc is the only one I am worried about.

Any advice on what I should do from here?

You should be fine just grab some home tests to put your mind at ease. The smoking back from Dec to March won't show up now, and because you only had a little bit last night it should be gone in a couple of days, I was a chronic smoker and passed a home urine test on day 22 of not smoking. Only thing to watch out for is different cutoff levels, I've heard some people can pass home test but fail the real thing.
If you're not passing them easily (i.e. with first void of the day) then make sure you don't excercise for 2 days before the test, and on the morning of the test drink plenty of fluids. (drinking lots of fluids for days/weeks before the test is a waste of time, just drink lots on the morning of the test)

Well I passed a home drug test on my first void of the day 21 days sober. I will have been 28 days sober when I take the actual test, clear sailing, right?
