Would a company continue with the hiring process if you failed a drug test. I haven't got results back yet but my employer said no news is good news and my background check is being completed. Do you think I passed?

Did you obtain a start date from your employer? If not, ask your employer for the start date. The employers response would give you the answer to your question.
Never inquire about the test results! That makes it look bad for you if you want to be viewed by the employer as a "clean" person. To view the Board Rules: http://boards.cannabis.com/introduce...ard-rules.html

the piss test scam. why do so many companies fall for this?
all the hard core drugs are out of your system in days, it's only shit like weed that stays in, the lab usually wont even tell them what you failed for (HIPPA laws and such)
its my understanding that results are provided from 1 to 36hours to the employer. There's always news, not "no news", they have to provide results, that's what the employers pays them for.
