I did however purchase some QF 5.7 just in case the at home tests came back dirty. The batch number is P7M-10 and isn't listed on the Spectrum counterfeit list but the card inside the box really made me wonder what I've got here.

Everything LOOKS legit though. Bottle with temp gauge, extra cap with flip top, 2 rubber bands and heat pack.

Anyone have any thoughts/info on this?
You've got a legit batch of QF. Ive had little hotties with my QF before, but its been a while. The new bottle I purchased several months ago has the same heat pad package that you described, so you are good to go.
