Becoming a patient
Hey everyone. I am new to this forum and am looking for some much needed help.
I am trying to become a MMJ patient but I have no idea where to start. I live in Las Cruces. I am trying to get MMJ for retinitis pigmentosa.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.stillsearching Reviewed by stillsearching on . Becoming a patient Hey everyone. I am new to this forum and am looking for some much needed help. hi, I don't think that is on the list of approved conditions here, but the first thing to do is try to get it approved and then approve your case. in some sorts (I am not totally clear on how this process is done but i know their is a board meeting on the 29th, in the past this is where someone would go to have their case reviewed), but all the info you need is available here
Medical Cannabis Program - Infectious Disease Bureau
Good luck

As far as I know, that condition is not on the list of qualifying conditions for the NM program yet. You will need to prepare a petition for the next hearing to consider new conditions(there are 2 per year I believe).
