DITCH the white under the leaves. Bad news. That might be all it is. Plants do not expect reflected light from below.

Fill out the troubleshooting form too. (the one in my signature is for soil) Give us a full shot at figuring this out. I see the coloration often on clones that have been shocked a little going from cube to potting mix, but they always grow out of it soon.

Four other seeds of same genetics were popped at the same time. None of the other plants have these markings.
