I don't think you need a red card to work at a dispensary since 1284. Before that, it would have been logical to list you as a caregiver for a block of the dispensaries patients.

The only city i am aware that you need a red card to work post 1284 is Boulder, it is written in their Medical Marijuana Business code that you must be a primary caregiver or patient to operate a Medical Marijuana Business. This is because the Boulder reg's were finalized way before 1284 was. Hope this helps!

You also are not allowed to sell clones in boulder because you cannot have retail where you are growing. Everyone in boulder stock up!
