Will it grow back or am i screwed?

My bud is still really young, only a few weeks old. Ive been giving it natural sunlight on my kitchen table until its a few inches tall. It was just starting to show growth with a couple nodes developing when this morning my cat knocked the pot ove and the sprout broke off just above the dirt line. Now i know if you break older plants that if you leave the bottom it will slowly grow back, but does this apply to my sprout?? Id appreciate some help

if there are leaves left on the stalk you will be fine. if not, sorry, try again. cat's love cannabis. (most mammals have cannabinoid receptors. wierd huh? why would animals have receptors for cannabinoids and cannabis have cannabinoids?) cat's also like pots of dirt. they think it's a litter box.
