    Do I need?

this BS should all be web based.

a user logs on and requests a caregiver, and the caregiver logs on and requests a patient.

just like facebook, when the requests are matched up with affirmative responses, put it in the system.

by the time they get a better system in place for medical, it'll be legal for all.

Do I need to get a license or fill out any paperwork with the state? Or is it only the responsibility of the patients to fill out paperwork for them amd me? Rating: 5

Now THAT's some common sense - reducing paper waste and concurrently making the system more efficient. Which means, of course, that it will never happen.
