But I am a very heavy smoker, so Im guessing thats why its taking so long to come back clean. Im hoping with the 3 weeks clean now, plus 12 more days until I have the test, that my being lightweight would be an advantage in detoxing quicker.

I plan on stuffing myself the days before the test so any fat cells that I do have are not breaking down as much (dont know if this really will help, but seems to be common-sensical)
Looks like your on the right track. I would continue to exercise and test yourself up until test time. If your still not passing with the first void of the day, then I would use your QF. As far as storage for the QF... It says to keep it out of direct sunlight, but keeping it in the summers heat should be fine.
