Safe to Smoke?

Ok, heres my situation:
I`ve been on probation since January and my last court date is in late November. My P.O trusts me since i came up clean on my first drug test. Ever since, i`ve only been tested around 4 times and she tells me if i will actually be tested the next time i see her. So yesterday she tells me thats the last time Ill see her and Ill be done forsure in November(cuz i`ve been doing everything she asked me). So would you smoke if you were in my situation? I mean, they could do a random drug test, but they haven`t done that all year and I doubt they would start now. Thanks:rastasmoke:

but she really trusts me though. and my case file is the smallest one, like a pamphlet and most of the other people have books containing all the bad shit theyve done during their probation. it seems like they wouldnt waste any money on a "low risk" person like me. I came up clean for my first drug test and clean for all the other ones.

i think the key here is they have already noted the intent on testing you. when i was arrested and on probation, they never once tested me, even for MJ related offense. and if they are stopping, they may be putting up the trap for the last minute test to catch you in the eleventh hour. only a few weeks.

I went two + years after being busted for growing. I wasn't giving the bastards a reason to toss me in the slammer. That was the longest break since I started smoking in 1969. :smokin:

I seems like you are wanting someone to give you permission. You want to do it anyway regardless of the sage advice offered here. If you take the chance, you may get away with it.

Take a long term look at this and rise above your desire for just a moment.

If you take the chance and get away with it you will have been successful in smoking earlier by a blink of the eye by long-term standards.

If you take the cance and get caught, that trust is gone. That case file gets thicker. Most importantly your wait starts all over.

Play is safe man. It's not that long.

I agree with all the people in this thread saying wait it out... as Blazer stated it does sound like you are looking for permission to smoke but play it safe man!! Yes chances are you probably could get away with it... but why the hell risk it?

Drink a few beers or something instead.
