Card Renewal
Reason I asked, I could have sworn I saw something in the regs. or somewhere that stated that a PCP needed to sign the renewal; also, my Psych. said "I'll releae you to your PCP, now..." but after telling him the situation, we set up an appointment around 6 weeks before my cards expire. Also, some providers have been stating: "we will not accept expired cards," which leads me to believe some are already running into this problem. I say, once you're in, you shold be able to stop jumping thru hoops!

In other words, the DOH has acknowledged that I have 2 qualifying conditions. Problem I anticipate: my primary care physician is not that "cool" about medical cannabis, he asked me for a copy of my card, b4 writing any more scripts for pain meds. I believe the renewal paperwork has to be signed by your primary care physician. What happens if he Rating: 5
