my simple answer is it looks like they are under fertilized (N) and arent getting enough light.

I have some ocean forrest growing alongside sunshine#4, most of the grow being sunshine 4 atm. SO, I am lazy and feed the sunshine4 & ocean forrest at 6.1, and I keep nutes below 1100 before addition of calmag at 5ml/g. My ocean forest girls seem to love it.

considering you are using soil, make some guano tea. use half and half seabird/bat. use this instead of one regular feeding.

If this is all happening to the bottom 1/3 of your plant, my advice (is always) to remove that crap. It never makes nice buds and the plant can use that energy in better ways!

all at your own risk ; )
