Palmetto bugs?!?

I have a plant growing and I seen a Palm bug near it, Are they a threat should i be concerned? Thanks folk's.:smokin:

I doubt it will mess with your plants. I live in an area where they tend to live in the trees and from time to time I discover those fuckers living in my house. Ashamed to admit that. At any rate, never once have I discovered one taking a chill pill on my plants. Come to think of it though yours might be outside, but either way I dont think they are known for chewing bud.
