When do the calyx Swell?

Calyxs usually start swelling after the 6th week of flowering.

right on...usually being THE key word here...... they will swell if given enough time.....have Patience grasshopper and keep your eye on the trichs for proper harvest timing as some verities can take 12 weeks or longer to ripen.

Hi im doing a indoor grow with a 400 watt HPS, i have 5 girls going on, and i would say that about half of the HAIRS are turning Orange and the question is.. when do the calyx's swell up and fill up the bud flowers? because right now it looks good but doesn't look full ( about 6 weeks and 2 days flowering ) i read that the plant grows alot of its weigh and figure near the end of flowering, how much longer do i wait to see this take effect?:cool: Rating: 5
