New grower needs help.

I have been growing for 3 weeks with soil in a styrofoam cup and the plants are around 4-5in tall. I have a hydro grow box and I am wanting to transplant it soon. I would like to know how to transplant it and when I should so if you guys can help a newbie out that would be great

hey Euro, can you be a little more specific about your hydro grow box. what type of setup? what medium? etc, etc.
