i had a nice answer almost complete but somehow it dissapeared. so this is gonna be down and dirty.

you are welcome for the response. they are definitely getting close to being rootbound if they aren't already.

when you feed or water every 2-3 days your medium probably isn't drying out enough. cannabis likes a wet/dry cycle. roots search for moisture during dry spells. roots also need oxygen. if your medium is staying wet you are in essence drowning your plants.

when you fed/water you should have about 10% runoff. you want to make sure ALL of your medium is getting wet. you don't want any dry pockets in your soil.

you should only need to feed once a week and give plain, pH'd water in between feedings. you can add molasses if you want on non-feeding days. mix in 1 tablespoon per gallon of water. allow your soil to dry COMPLETELY before feeding/watering again. you want to find the balance between completely dry, but you want to allow the plant to wilt. you will notice the drop start to occur in the bottom fan leaves first.

remember, you will either need to use the molasses as mentioned above or you will need to use a calcium/magnesium supplement if you continue to use the A/C water.

there is a way to transplant them, you just aren't wrapping your head around the question properly.

there is no need to spray water on a plant...UNLESS you are rinsing off residue from a treatment of some sort (to treat for fungal/viral/pests). there is also no need to foliar feed....UNLESS you are trying to correct a difficiency. if you do have to do either one of these you should RAISE YOUR LIGHT (so you don't get burn spots) and spray as soon as the lights come on so the moisture has time to evaporate before lights out.
