need help troubleshooting problem
okay asi, first things first. you say they are in 4 liter pots (or just over a gallon). how long have they been in these pots? if you vegged them in the pots and have been flowering them in the same pots there is a good possibility that they are root bound. a good indication of this is the frequency with which you feed. are you giving plain water between feedings?
how far along are they in bloom? they look to be ~15-20 days.
if you have indeed been in these pots for that any significant length of time there is also a good possibility of your pH buffering agent (dolomitic lime more than likely) is used up. it's odd that your runoff pH is so high. is your runoff water dirty looking? could this be causing false readings with your test strips?
you can water with a lower pH to slowly bring your soil pH into range. they will still need to be transplanted though (if in fact they do need it).
you want to shoot for a pH between 6.3-6.8 when dealing with soil.
it's HIGHLY unlikely that you are over fertilizing them. bio bizz is an organic line of ferts that is molasses based. the nutrients aren't readily available to the plant and must be broken down by microbes in the soil to be ready for uptake.
i've used bio bizz first hand (all but the bio heaven).
it's a bad idea to spray water on the plants. especially when the lights are out. there is no heat source to make the water evaporate which, in turn, can lead to mold/fungus.
water as the by-product of an air conditioner is considered pretty pure i believe (due to it being condensation). if this is the case then you will need a calcium and magnesium supplement (or molasses) as well.
sorry to overload your brain, but i tried to hit everything. i'm sure i missed something. try to answer those questions (if you can find them LOL).
good growing!
