My attorney tried to make it so I wouldn't have to test.. but I felt either way, whether I took it or not it would look bad to the judge. At least by taking it, they know I only have THC in my system and not crack.. because that's how the law guardian was treating me before I took it. I've never even gotten a speeding ticket. It's bullshit.
Good luck, smokng marijuana does not make or break being a good parent. I am in Rhode Island where the Dept of Health has registered a 7 year old. It seems like you are doing everything possible and correct by retaining a lawyer etc..., I would suggest that you purchase some synthetic test urine (powdered or other) for the next court appearance (just in case he pulls that stuff again) Here in the US it's about 20 bucks but thats a cheap price for a peice of mind.
