Prop 19 Debate tonight!
Well, we all know how that went. De la luz, cute as she is, is shilling forthe quasi-legal grower-profiteers who are making millions from the dispensary scam.
Prop 19 is step 1 in the war for true egalitarian legalization. It's a plant, dammit, not a goldmine.

Prop 19 Debate tonight!
Currently under the California Constitution, ??growing crops?? are exempt from ??taxation??,( No taxes collected)AND in order for a local government to impose a ??general tax?? it must be approved by the electorate with a majority vote.
Prop 19 effectively overrides these precedents of the California constitution in regards to Cannabis by giving local governments the authority to tax a ??growing crop?? WITHOUT LIMITATION AND WITHOUT A MAJORITY VOTE OF THE LOCAL PEOPLE.
Meaning the local government can choose to charge you $1000 a year for the privledge of your 5x5... then raise it without any voting nessary.
Just how much we guuna have to pay to grow a god given plant in a 5x5???:hippy:
