So recently I ordered a new Chameleon glass piece for someone who has a bday comin up,well its been like 1 1/2 months since I ordered the damn thing,apparently they are waiting for the special marbles to finish the piece,anyways i emailed them today to ask them wtf was still taking so long,and politely told them how displeased I was with the service,especially since they already charged my card.The reply I get was this:

We completely understand your frustration in this order taking so long. We share in this frustration as well. This is not typical for items to take this long to ship. The item you ordered is one of our more popular pieces that comes from one of our better glass blowers, but he can be a little on the slow side. At last update he is still waiting for the Butterfly marbles to add to the Pastel Pipes.
We would like to make a gesture in good faith to show our appreciation for your paitence and earn your future business by showing we value you as a customer and have unbeatable customer service. We would like to know some of the other pieces you were interested in and we will ship one to you to at no additional charge to make up for the extended time you have had to wait for the Pastel Butterfly.
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can get your item to you as quickly as possible.
