    Calcium Question

I've narrowed my problem down to calcium deficiency in this soil. One of my girls is looking really sick, rust spots all over, leaves dying. I added some crushed up seashells to the topsoil to fix it, and did some pruning on some dead leaves. Could I make a foliage spray out of the crushed up shells and some water for the same effect, only faster?

    Calcium Question

I have read on my GH micro nutrients has 5 % calcium. Is that enough? I have seen no issues with calcium to date and I use ro at 6ppm out of filter.
Also has a 2% magnesium not sure if those level are what is needed but like I said no issues to date.

    Calcium Question

Calcium is also in the water, the only time people have to put in calcium is when they use revers osmosis machins or filters. and almost all nutrients have calcuim in them, calcuim defficancy I have never seen even from people running RO systems that do not re add calcium. Almost all nutrients have calcuim in them, I would realy start to look at something elese.

in your water if you take a TDS reading it will be 300 or lower most of that is calcium. when you dont clean the tap for about a month you get water spots and calcuim bulid up, those spots are calcium.

    Calcium Question

i asked around and it seams calcium defficiancy is a problem in some areas, and also mostly with sativa strains, also when growing in coco, hope the calcium helped let us know. I am still looking into the calcium, question I thought it was more like silca but it turns out some plants doo need calcium, not like silica where entire harvest can be done with out it.
