I've learned that there are multiple threads on this site and elsewhere that thoroughly discuss the problems in this thread and other new grower mistakes, problems, etc.

It is worth your time, to the OP and other people new to the site, to browse other parts of this forum. There are entire boards dedicated to various grow methods, plant problems, and any other issue you can imagine.

If you have a question, it's been asked before and the answer is probably in an existing thread. This is just an FYI as there are many ways to do everything, so it's worth your time to get as many opinions as you can. Then make a decision on your own. You'll be more sure of your decision, because it's easy to blame failure or poor results on 'bad advice'.

With that said, it's still valid to come to these parts to get more local advice. Happy growing.
