I would do both. The electric company that services me has badges, even the meter guys (I asked to see his one day he was in my back yard looking for meter). Sometimes company internal security works faster than LEO's. I would think he'd be casing the place for valuables, and not weed, but it is pretty brazen to be doing something like that in the daytime. Just remember that LEO doesn't necessarily have to come in house (the man was outside looking at meter)

This is the problem, today while I was at work a electric guy showed up and was out looking at my meeter and stuff. The thing is he was was not from me actual electricity company and my neighbor who keeps an eye out on my place went over and talked to the guy to see what he was doing,The guy told him not to worry about it that he was just doing his job and that it was not any of his business.
