Update: how to approach a doc
Well I took everyone's advice and was honest on approaching my doc......and..........
She signed of my paper work! Woo hoo! Since my condition is autoimmune mediated arthritis...and she was a rheumaologist, I don't need to send medical records, right? Just my consent to release medical info, right? Also should I put in for my production license? THANKS for y'alls advice.....I'm pleased as peas!lovemyhens Reviewed by lovemyhens on . No you don't need to send records And apply right away for your production lic.Should get it in about2-3- weeks. congrats.
