It's my opinion that possession of a redcard/being in the registry, doesn't automatically prove that you are breaking federal laws. Until I purchase medicine I'm not breaking federal law.

Are you saying that the act of getting a doctor's recommendation, getting his opinion that you could benefit from medical marijuana is a federal offense?
