Do the temp strips show each temp as it progresses?

For example, if I poured in a sample that started out at 100 degrees, then blew on it to cool it down, would the 100 still be recorded on the strip? I'm curious about eScreen in particular.

Nope, the temp reading on the strip would drop as the sample cools.
